This website is operated by Noir Joya LLC, Arizona, USA. It offers Manifest Daily: A 60-Day Journal, a physical, printed-on-demand guided journal, along with free journaling guides and a free 7-Day Starter Practice.
Manifest Daily is a spiritual journaling practice for reflection, gratitude, intention and aligned action. It is offered for personal reflection and is not medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice. No particular manifestation outcome is guaranteed; your results depend on your own choices and circumstances.
The journal is priced at $34.99 plus shipping and applicable tax. Orders are placed through the Lulu Direct Buy Button checkout on this site, where shipping charges, taxes and final totals are shown before you pay. Your order is confirmed only once checkout is completed. Product images and screen colors may differ slightly from the printed journal.
Each journal is printed for your order. Lulu prints, fulfills and ships it. Production and delivery estimates vary by destination and the shipping method chosen at checkout, and no delivery date is guaranteed. For shipping, tracking, delayed or lost parcels, Noir Joya is your first point of contact at noirjoya@gmail.com; we work with Lulu to resolve the issue.
Because each journal is printed on demand, change-of-mind returns and exchanges are generally not available. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, or never arrives, contact us promptly (within 30 days of delivery for damaged or defective items) with your order number and photos where relevant, and we will review it for an appropriate remedy such as a replacement or refund. Address changes or cancellations may only be possible before production begins and cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
The free 7-Day Starter Practice signup collects your first name and email address and enrolls you in the four-email Starter Practice sequence, with the practice PDF attached to the first email. A separate, optional checkbox — never pre-selected and never required — allows ongoing marketing emails from Noir Joya. Purchasing the journal does not give marketing consent, and every email includes an unsubscribe option. See the Privacy Policy.
No text messaging program is active. Any future SMS messages will require separate, explicit opt-in, and SMS consent will never be required to make a purchase.
The journal, website writing, branding, images, guides and free resources are owned by or licensed to Noir Joya and are for your personal use. Please do not copy, resell, redistribute or present them as your own without written permission, except where the law allows.
Please do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, misuse our contact channels or use the site unlawfully.
Checkout, printing and shipping are provided by Lulu and its payment processors, and the site is hosted on Lovable. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. We are not responsible for the availability of third-party websites.
We aim to keep information accurate, but errors, changes or interruptions may occur. Products and free resources may change or become unavailable.
To the extent permitted by law, Noir Joya is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or journal. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, United States, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
