01Scope and current status

This policy explains how Noir Joya LLC (“Noir Joya,” “we,” “us”), operating from Arizona, USA, handles information through the Manifest Daily website for Manifest Daily: A 60-Day Journal. It covers visits to this website, journal purchases made through the Lulu checkout on this site, order support, and email communications.

What is active today: the Lulu Direct Buy Button checkout is connected, and the free 7-Day Starter Practice signup is live. When you request the practice, your first name and email address are saved with our email provider, Brevo, and used to send the four-email Starter Practice sequence, with the practice PDF attached to the first email. No SMS program is active.

02Information we collect

We aim to request only what is needed. Depending on how you interact with us, information may include:

• your first name and email address, when you request the free Starter Practice or email us;
• an optional phone number, only if a future SMS option is offered and you choose to provide it;
• an optional birthday month and day, only if a future form offers it and you choose to share it;
• purchase, order and shipping details made available to us through Lulu when you buy the journal, and details you share when contacting us about an order;
• technical information such as IP address, browser and device data processed by our hosting and checkout providers.

03How information is used

We use information to handle journal orders, fulfillment questions and customer service; to deliver the free 7-Day Starter Practice emails; to send email you have subscribed to; to send optional birthday greetings or future SMS messages only where you have given the relevant consent; and to support site security, legal compliance and operations.

04Email consent and the free Starter Practice

Requesting the free 7-Day Starter Practice signs you up for the four-email Starter Practice sequence, with the practice PDF attached to the first email. A separate, optional checkbox — never pre-selected and never required to receive the practice — lets you also permit ongoing marketing emails from Noir Joya, including Manifest Daily and the Jewel Collective. We record that marketing choice in our email system as Yes only when you check the box (otherwise No), and this form never removes or downgrades an existing permission. We keep records of when, how and for what purpose you consented. Buying the journal does not subscribe you to marketing emails, and order-related messages are separate from marketing. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and emailing us directly does not subscribe you to anything.

05Optional SMS messages

No SMS program is active. If one is offered in the future, it will require separate, express consent through an optional checkbox that is not pre-selected. Providing a phone number alone is not permission to text you, and SMS consent is never required to buy the journal or receive the free Starter Practice. Any future program will explain message frequency, possible message and data rates, and STOP/HELP instructions.

06Service providers and checkout

Our website is hosted on the Lovable platform. Journal checkout, printing and shipping are handled by Lulu, with payments processed by Lulu’s checkout and its payment processors. Noir Joya does not collect or store your payment card details. We use Brevo to manage subscriber contacts, email delivery and consent records for our email list. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Noir Joya remains your first point of contact for any order question, including shipping, tracking, delays, damaged or incorrect items, refunds and replacements. We work with Lulu behind the scenes.

07Sharing and security

We do not sell or rent our contact lists. We share information only as needed to fulfill orders and provide services, to comply with the law, to prevent fraud, or as described in this policy. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system can guarantee perfect security.

08Cookies

This website does not add its own analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting and the Lulu checkout may use cookies or similar technology needed for operation, security and the shopping cart. If optional analytics or marketing tracking is added in the future, we will update this policy and provide any required notice and choices first.

09Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for your request, your order, consent records, and legal, tax or accounting obligations, and then arrange reasonable removal.

10Your choices and privacy requests

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us. You may also ask to access, correct or delete your information where applicable law provides that right. We may need to verify your request. Contact noirjoya@gmail.com.

11International visitors

Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate. Where local privacy laws give you additional rights, we will consider and respect them as required.

12Children

This website and its emails are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has shared information with us, please contact us so we can remove it.
